Chip has over fifteen years of professional teaching experience. He is an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, NRA qualified Distinguished Expert, IDPA Certified RSO and Expert Class shooter, as well as a Kukkiwon Certified black belt and ETS Certified Self Defense Instructor. He is a graduate from such schools as Pat Goodale’s Practical Firearms Training, Blackwater USA, Insights Training Center, and a list of others as well. In addition, Chip has a degree in Psychology and makes a continual study of the effects of mental preparedness for violent attack, psycho-physiological responses of those defending against a violent attack, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as it relates to critical incidents involving self defense. He has developed and regularly teaches courses in advanced firearms techniques, self defense, handgun disarming and retention, and advanced handgun tactics and manipulations. He is an author with publications in U.S. Concealed Carry and a semi-regular contributor to The Tactical Journal and The Center for a Just Society.
Andre is an experienced shooting expert with hours of dedicated research in exterior and terminal ballistics, and an in depth knowledge of various small arms. He has competed in both IPSC and IDPA competitions, resulting in numerous First Place finishes in IDPA, and several Top Ten finishes in IPSC. His shooting experience, knowledge and professional demeanor have resulted in his being highly regarded and respected in the firearms industry.
Mike is a thirty year veteran of the Law Enforcement community. He served in the United States Air Force as a Security Specialist, and retired from Lakeland Florida Police Department as a Sqt. with 12 years off active SWAT experience. He retired in 2005 from Law Enforcement and continued his career in the training field as the Lead Instructor for Heckler and Koch Defense Training Group. He is now and Independent Contractor specializing in all aspects of firearms training.
Walt Hasser
Walt is a Sgt. with 1st Recon Bn. USMC, and has over five years experience as a reconnaissance Marine. He is a Marine Scout Sniper and Scout Sniper/Reconnaissance Team Leader with three Combat deployments to Iraq, 2 with 1st Recon and 1 with 13th MEU(SOC) and is a Graduate of Special Operations Training Group (SOTG) Urban Sniper Course.
